Amazed that you forgot all of your worries and focused on yourself. You will be in a zone that you forgot you had. It is all about you! Plus you will feel happy muscles waking up! Usually a day or two after.<\/span><\/p>\n

What should I wear to class?<\/h3>\n

Please wear tight clothing that covers the backs of the knees, armpits, and lower back. Leggings are better than tights, yoga pants are fine. Be sure to bring a long-sleeved top for some sassy moves! Bare feet. No zippers or buckles are permitted for aerial classes. Jewelry is not allowed in class.<\/span><\/p>\n
